In Early Spring, I walked through the woods in the mountains to the pond to relax my mind. I saw a young lad of about 10 years of age on the pond’s edge and within his hands was a sack. He, like a dream was dunking the sack in and out of the water, time after time. I asked the young lad “What are you doing my young friend?” He responded in many tears “I am killing my beloved cat.” Surprised, I took the sack from his hands. The boy’s story was true. Chick Flicks r Emotional PornThe more I think about it, the more I think that 'Chick Flicks' are the emotional version of pornagraphy. Except porn is not socially acceptable. Think about it ... here are a few similarities that jump out at me right at the bat ...   
1.) Chick Flicks creat an unrealistic expectations of relational dynamics, gender roles, and normal behavior. Porn may emphasize body parts, certain activities, or roles people can play. Chick flicks emphasize 'Instant love' finding completeness in romantic relationships.
